Why I won’t quit the CofE despite the chaos over same-sex relationships

As I wearily return from another meeting (the third this year!) of the Church of England’s governing body, General Synod, I’m preparing to answer two questions: 

1) What’s going on in the Church of England?

How do I respond to that question? There’s total chaos
