Covering some really important and challenging topics, the books manage to communicate a vast amount of detailed information in a style and presentation that is really accessible and draws you in. Depression is well informed, written by someone who understands depression first hand, challenging, yet continually affirming. It gives bitesized ways to move forward and to bring hope.
