Premier, the UK’s largest Christian media organisation, questioned 200 leaders from across the denominations as the new season gets underway.

The north London club led the way with Liverpool coming in second. Manchester United’s ‘Red Devils’ came third. The survey also found that one in five church leaders have prayed for their team to win and that one in seven have skipped church to watch their team play.
